Hugh McPhail

Hugh McPhail is an independent consultant, building on his experience in government, and the knowledge and relationships he developed over his career in the New Zealand Public Service.

Major assignments have included work for the Commonwealth Secretariat to develop trade remedy legislation for the Government of Malawi, and the provision of independent quality assurance to the General Manager of the New Zealand Parliamentary Service on the way in which the Service carried out its role in relation to the 2008 General Election.
