New Zealand trade negotiator, GATT Tokyo and Uruguay Rounds; Chair and member of dispute settlement panels (1994-2005); led training courses (1993-1998)

Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)

Engagement in OECD E-government project; peer reviewer for Review of Irish Public Service (2007).

Commonwealth Secretariat

Contracted as a consultant to develop draft trade remedies legislation for the Government of Malawi.
